Who we are

OrbitWorks Aerospace Inc. (“OrbitWorks,” “we”) builds and sells civilian and commercial drone platforms and related services from Binghamton, New York. Contact: s.sanders@orbitworksaerospace.com.

What we collect

• Contact & quote forms — name, email, phone (if provided), and message content. Forms are processed by Formspree and delivered to our inbox.
• Checkout / orders — shipping details and order notes you submit so we can fulfill builds and send a payment link or invoice. Payment card data is not collected on this website when you use our invoice / payment-link flow.
• Access requests (Defense Hub) — organization and role details you choose to provide for screening.
• Cart (browser only) — cart contents are stored in your browser’s localStorage. That data stays on your device until you clear it or complete checkout.

How we use information

We use the information you send to answer inquiries, quote and fulfill orders, send payment links or invoices, and (where applicable) evaluate defense-portal access requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the site and fulfill orders (for example Formspree for form delivery, and payment providers when you complete a payment link we send). We do not sell or rent customer lists.

Retention & security

We keep order and correspondence records as needed for business and legal purposes. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending sensitive credentials through contact forms.

Your choices
